Delivery
We ship orders across Ukraine. You choose the delivery method at checkout:
- Nova Poshta — branch or parcel locker. Delivery at the carrier's rates, usually 1–3 business days after dispatch. You pick the branch or locker from the list at checkout.
- Nova Poshta courier. Door-to-door delivery at the carrier's rates. Enter your street, building and apartment at checkout.
- Pickup in Dnipro. Free of charge. The time and place are agreed with the manager after the order is placed.
Nova Poshta delivery is paid by the recipient at the carrier's rates and depends on the weight and dimensions of the shipment.
Payment
- Cash on delivery (Nova Poshta). Pay upon receipt at the branch or parcel locker. The carrier's money-transfer fee is paid by the recipient.
- Bank transfer. After the order is confirmed, the manager sends an invoice. Suitable for companies, state institutions and military units.
- Cash on pickup. Pay when collecting the order in Dnipro.
After you place an order on the site, our manager will call you to confirm it and agree on the payment and shipping details.
