Returns and exchange
Under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" you may return or exchange a product of proper quality within 14 days of receipt, provided that:
- the product has not been used;
- its presentation, consumer properties and packaging are intact;
- you have the proof of purchase (delivery note, receipt or order number).
How to arrange a return
- Call our manager at +38 (067) 555 00 87 or email sales@termoskhov.com.ua, quoting your order number.
- Agree the return method with the manager. Shipping is via Nova Poshta to the details the manager provides.
- Once the product is received and inspected, we refund the money by the same method the order was paid, within 7 banking days.
Return shipping for products of proper quality is paid by the buyer. If the product has a manufacturing defect, the company covers all shipping costs.
Warranty
Every product comes with a warranty certificate. The service life is 12–36 months depending on storage conditions and intensity of use. If a manufacturing defect appears within the warranty period, we repair or replace the product free of charge.
